Stage 1 · Ingest

The relationship starts with the bank's request, not another blank tracker.

Most teams receive a spreadsheet or document request and rebuild the trail by hand. Evidiam turns that request into structured asks, then asks a human to confirm before the record becomes official.

  1. 01

    Upload the request

Bring in a bank DD checklist, audit request, agreement, or operating obligation set.

  2. 02

    Approve parsed asks

Review, edit, approve, exclude, assign, and prioritize the extracted asks before they become work.

  3. 03

    Connect evidence

Point Evidiam at a read-only Google Drive folder, SFTP location, or manual evidence upload.

  4. 04

    Review matches

Evidiam groups evidence suggestions as strong, weak, or missing so the team can move quickly without losing control.

  5. 05

    Resolve gaps

Attach proof, reject misses, mark clean gaps, assign owners, and write response notes.

  6. 06

    Export and reuse

Produce the bank response and preserve the evidence trail for the next request.

Stage 2 · Operate

AI prepares the response. People own the judgments.

Evidiam does the preparation that consumes a compliance team: reading source rows, drafting rationale, and assembling response work. Then it stops and waits for a decision. Nothing is final until a named officer signs it.

OFAC dispositions

AI drafts a rationale for each screening alert; an officer clears or escalates.

SAR triggers

Triggers are surfaced with a drafted decision and a documented basis for filing or not.

Exceptions & remediation

Open items are tracked, aged, and remediated, with the trail attached.

Response narrative

A drafted bank-response narrative your officers edit and own before sign-off.

Evidence packs

Start with the sponsor-bank packet. Expand by product risk.

Evidiam keeps the launch wedge precise while making the expansion path legible: each pack maps a bank request or regulated product line to the evidence a bank needs to review and accept.

Active

DD and audit response

Sponsor-bank diligence lists, audit asks, evidence owners, approvals, read-only folder scans, evidence matching, and bank-ready response views.

Active

Core sponsor-bank packet

The recurring bank-partnership packet: obligations, evidence coverage, sign-offs, exceptions, and acceptance history.

Active

Custodial/FBO reconciliation

Customer-funds controls, ledger-to-bank reconciliation, exception aging, and signed remediation narrative.

Expansion

Marketplace lending

Borrower complaints, adverse-action support, underwriting exceptions, fair-lending evidence, and servicing controls.

Expansion

Card issuing and prepaid

Program controls for disputes, chargebacks, fees, complaints, sanctions screening, and cardholder disclosures.

Expansion

Payments rails

Evidence for money-movement controls, transaction monitoring, fraud operations, NACHA support, and exception resolution.

Stage 3 · Prove

The packet is the proof object.

Each period closes into one signed packet per sponsor bank: executive summary, KPIs, every disposition and decision, the full sign-off chain, and coverage proof against each approved obligation. It is snapshotted, hash-pinned, and exportable as an examination binder.

  • Coverage proof: every obligation evidenced or attested, with a reason
  • Snapshot proof: versioned state hash plus bound PDF hash
  • Verification proof: downloadable bundle for independent review
  • Portable proof: the same accepted structure for every bank

Stage 4 · Portable record

The response is not the end. It becomes the record.

Acceptance is not a checkbox. Evidiam records what was shared, what was accepted or changed, and how that evidence can be reused for the next bank, audit, renewal, or product review.

  1. 01

    Send the secure link

A token-scoped review link opens the signed packet and examination binder without creating a bank account.

  2. 02

    Accept or request changes

The bank reviewer can accept the packet for recurring reporting or request changes before acceptance.

  3. 03

    Pin the exact artifact

Acceptance records the snapshot version, state hash, PDF hash, reviewer identity, and acceptance date.

  4. 04

    Reuse the trust record

Accepted packets roll into a portable profile a future sponsor bank can verify independently.

AI prepares. A human decides. The line never blurs.

Every AI-assisted item is labeled as such and carries the name and role of the person who approved it. The model accelerates the work; it never holds the pen on a regulatory judgment. That boundary is enforced in the system, not just the policy.

Data, in place

Read-only by design.

Evidiam can inventory Google Drive folders with viewer access, SFTP folders, uploaded evidence, CSV files, read-only warehouse pulls, and selected monitoring sources where configured. It never writes back to systems of record, and it never moves money. The analysis comes to the evidence; the source files stay under client control.
